• How long does it take to build an architect-designed residential home?

  If you are constructing with a unique design and multiple complex building elements, you can expect that a home of this calibre will take 10 months to complete.

• I am concerned that I may not have the budget to complete my dream. What approximate budget should I be working to?

  Cost is a difficult item to quantify as it is largely dictated by the complexity of design and level of finishes. As a realistic guide, to build a quality home that is fully fitted, you could expect to pay between $2200 and $3000 per square metre. Such allowances would ensure that there should be no compromising with any aspect of your dream home.

• I am extremely busy and will struggle to talk regularly with you to check up on progress of my build. Do you provide any special services to assist people like me?

  Our comprehensive cloud based project management and extensive on-site systems will ensure that you always have up to date information at your fingertips. Furthermore, we believe that nothing beats the human touch. Either Mark or one of our experienced foremen will actively communicate with you every step of the way.
